Clouds

Everyday as I drive to work or anywhere for that matter, I find myself gazing around at the sky admiring the amazing skies that God has painted for us.
It seems the mountains attract the coolest clouds and we are surrounded by many. I have found myself on more than one occasion, mesmerized by the beauty of our skies this Spring and now it has carried on into the first days of Summer. I have a hard time when the skies are gray and the rain keeps me inside so the clouds and their awesome formations have been welcomed.
This ties into getting my new camera earlier this year, which renewed my passion for photography. I read somewhere you should find a subject and become good at capturing it. I am still trying to figure out what my subject will be, who knows maybe it will be clouds?? Nonetheless, I have become quite passionate about photographing them and sometimes I have to rush home so I can grab my camera and hopefully the formations can wait. The photos I have taken give a sense of the crazy skies we have seen this year thus far.

Looks like we may be getting some clear skies soon so I will look forward to some bright white feathery light clouds set against the brilliant blue sky. God is a most awesome artist!!!
